Deposit Options
This is a "Special Theme Cruise Event" and only a limited number of cabins are available at these prices.
Option 1: Guarantees Your Reservation
The regular deposit of $350 per person guarantees your cabin and the promotional offers available at the time of your deposit. Once the deposit is received you will be provided a cabin with the stateroom number including your individual booking number with the cruise line. Final payment is due on or before February 1, 2012. ($150* of deposit is non-refundable.)
Option 2: Holds Your Reservation ~ offer expires 12/01/2011
Make a reduced deposit of $150* per person which holds your cabin and the pricing at the time of your booking is guaranteed if the full deposit is paid within 60 days. Once the full deposit is paid you will be provided a cabin with the stateroom number including your individual booking number with the cruise line, including any promotional offers still available. Final payment is due on or before February 1, 2012. ($150* of deposit is non-refundable)
*$150 of your per person deposit is non-refundable which only applies to those passengers who elect to cancel the cruise. However it is fully refundable if, the cruise line, promoter or agency cancels. Entertainment package fees are also non-refundable if you elect to cancel the cruise after the final payment due date.
Many travel insurance companies offer Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance Plans and will refund some if not all non-refundable deposits and cancellation penalties if purchased within a certain period of time. We strongly recommend guests to research travel insurance policies. Memory Lane Concert Cruises accepts no liability for the purchase of or any premiums paid for Travel Insurance.

Payment Schedule
The regular deposit of $350 per person guarantees your cabin and the promotional offers available at the time of your deposit. Final payment is due on February 1, 2012.
Reduced deposits of $150 per person hold a cabin and the pricing at the time of booking guaranteed if paid within 60 days. Once you make $350 per person deposit you are welcome to make additional payments at your convenience as long as the entire amount is paid in full by February 1, 2012. This offer expires 12/01/2011

Pier Transfers
Transfers to and from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Airports and the pier are available for approximately $90.00 round trip per person (subject to change). Advance reservations are necessary. Reserve your transfers at least 60 days in advance.
Air Flights
Important Note: For those passengers wishing to take advantage of the Stay, Park & Fly ~ Cruise Package you MUST make arrangements to fly into Newark Liberty International airport (EWR).

In today's environment, airline fares change almost daily, and the lowest rates are generally found on-line. We encourage you to book your own airline tickets. If, however, you would like the agency's assistance, we would be happy to book your airline tickets for you.
Memory Lane Concert Cruises accepts no liability for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets to the cruise departure city and return. Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant.

If you are looking for a roommate to cut costs, our Roommate Match Program can pair you with a same-sex single in one stateroom, enabling us to offer you the same per-person pricing that couples receive. If you prefer the privacy of your own stateroom, single-occupancy cabins are also available at the single-supplement rate. Roommate matching is provided upon request as a courtesy to clients who confirm their reservations at least 70 days prior to departure. If you request a match within 70 days of your sail date, we cannot guarantee you a roommate.

Your decision to accept a roommate for the cruise is at your own risk. All-Star Cruises & Travel, its partners with respect to the cruise, each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors (collectively, the Released Parties), are not responsible nor liable for any and all claims or cause of action arising out of or in connection with your selection of a roommate for the Cruise, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from such request or selection.
Fuel Supplement
Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) reserves the right to charge a fuel supplement without prior notice should the closing price of West Texas Intermediate Fuel increase above $65 per barrel on the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index).
In the event a fuel supplement is charged, NCL will have sole discretion to apply the supplementary charge to both existing and new bookings, regardless of whether such bookings have been paid in full. Such supplementary charges are not included in the cruise fare. The fuel supplement charge will not exceed $10.00 per passenger per day.

These are Memory Lane Concert Cruises cancellation penalties and unfortunately they WILL NOT BE WAIVED for any reason. The MLCC administration fee of $150 per person is non refundable. Entertainment package fees are also non-refundable if you elect to cancel the cruise after the final payment due date.
Name changes will be permitted under the discretion of the Cruise Line for a $50.00 per person, per change service fee. Changes will be assessed by Cruise Line for any and every change involving names (including corrections to legal spelling of names as they appear on passports, pre and post packages and/or departure cities).
Final payments not made by the due date 2/01/2012 are considered past due and subject to automatic cancellation and penalties. If you need to make special payment arrangements, you must contact All-Star Cruise and Travel prior to the final due date to avoid cancellation.
Passports
Norwegian Cruise Line recommends that all guests travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of travel. For more information or to obtain a passport application, visit http://www.travel.state.gov. If you are in a hurry and need a passport NOW go to

Birth certificates with a raised seal are also allowed.
Guest Satisfaction
At Norwegian Cruise Line, guest satisfaction is the highest priority. The cruise line has structured a guest satisfaction program designed to handle any concerns about services or on-board products quickly and efficiently. However, in the event a service issue should arise during your cruise please let the ship’s on-board staff know right away, so the issue may be addressed in a timely manner. It is their goal to reach a satisfactory solution to any issue when it happens and make sure guests can focus on enjoying their cruise.
Tipping/Gratuities
Guests should not feel obliged to offer a gratuity for good service. However, all of the staff are encouraged to 'go the extra mile,' and so they are permitted to accept cash gratuities entirely at the discretion of NCL guests who wish to acknowledge particular staff members for exceptional or outstanding service. In other words, there is genuinely no need to tip but you should feel free to do so if you have a desire to acknowledge particular individuals.
Onboard Service Charges are additional. A charge of $12 per person per day will automatically be added to your onboard account. Passengers may freely decide whether to increase, decrease or eliminate it, by communicating their decision to the ship’s Accounting Office before 8:00pm of the final day of the cruise.
Stay, Park & Fly ~ Cruise Package
Whether arriving by planes, trains or automobiles, this special package will provide you the option of staying at the Sheraton the night before the cruise, allowing a leisurely embarkation of the ship, rather than leaving home in the early hours of the morning hoping not to miss your flight or ship due to heavy traffic, bad weather or airport security measures.
There are three major airports that service New York City. Kennedy International (JFK) and LaGuardia International (LGA) are in New York and are the furthest from the cruise terminal. The closest airport is Newark Liberty International (EWR) located just across the Hudson River in Newark, New Jersey.
Getting around in New York is primarily by taxicab and the cost from JFK or LaGuardia can be more than $50 to the cruise terminal. However those arriving by car are confronted on where to park. The cruise terminal presents the closest option, but the rate is $30 a day. While the cost of this Fly, Park & Stay hotel package is about the same as the cruise terminal parking alone.
The Sheraton is located near the Newark airport and provides an opportunity to arrive a day before departure and enjoy some of New York's finest nearby attractions prior to setting sail for the Bahamas on the Oldies But Goodies Doo Wop Cruise.
